How did AllieLoops get started?
Having studied and worked in healthcare prior to a spinal cord injury in 2018, Alixz was led to adjust her sails and did so through creating and sharing handmade items with others - right from her wheelchair!
Alixz’s journey initially began with a personal quest for natural products to suit sensitive skin and sustainability desires, leading her to create her own at AllieLoops. After crafting the perfect recipes for a delightful range of apothecary and aromatherapy treasures—like soothing lotions in enchanting scents, natural bug spray, and even pup perfume—her friends and family couldn’t get enough!
Now, online, at pop-up shops, and local farmers' markets, Alixz and her partner Ross share her handmade products, including candles, body scrubs, and unique decor items like magnetic propagation tubes, making every home a little more vibrant and eco-friendly.
